It's the Eli 500! A robot with buttons on its forehead, and eyebrows.
And now, next to the Eli 500 is the Milena 1000. Well, to be precise, she heard that Eli was going to be the Eli Five-Hundred, so she wanted to top him and be the Milena Ten-Hundred. Only problem is that she doesn't know what Ten-Hundred would be, so she ended up as the Milena 100. It's just a version issue, really.
The Eli 500 and Milena 100 (1000? 10-100?) go to battle while a white tiger with a bone in his mouth stands nearby.
Kelson wanted everybody to see Boba Fett.

Leprechaun Visit
Well, the Leprechauns visited our house again this year. Every St. Patrick's Day they come over and mess things up in our house. Look at what they did to the living room!
I thought I had them this year, though. I put mouse traps around the house, and covered them with Lucky Charms. I was going to catch me a Leprechaun and get his gold! However, they are harder to catch than I first thought. Here is one of the traps:
"Thanks for the Lucky Charms" Indeed! I also was left the messages "Nice Try!" and "Ha! Ha!" They weren't very nice to me.
And, of course, they turned the milk green.
Kelson shows what they did with the weights.
Milena was impressed by how the Leprechauns lined up Lightening McQeen and his friends.
They had no respect, either. They even turned pictures of grandparents on their side!
In the basement, the kids found a little tunnel that led to a fort. Koleman tries to sneak in.
Eli shows off what was found in the fort - a pot of gold. (Well, a paper bag with a dollar bill and some coins, but it's darn close!)
I'll get those nasty buggers next year. I know it!

What am I?
I'm a giver. You guys take, take, take, and I give, give, give.
You demand video of the kitchen, and what do I provide? Video of the kitchen. That's just the kind of guy that I am.

Spring!
Well, it looks like we're getting spring. The weather here was beautiful this weekend, so we went on a family walk, which was basically an excuse to be outside and watch the kids play in snow that isn't in our yard.
You know, there's only one thing to do when you see a giant rock.
Here are two pictures of Koleman and a snowball. The odd thing is that in both of these pictures he is the one who threw the snowball.
You know your aim is bad when you're scared of a snowball that you threw.
Milena sings Eli a song about unrequited love and large chunks of snow.
"Hey, a drain! Let's clog it up and flood the town!"
Milena presents a peace offering.
Kelson shows off his excellent snow throwing form.
This picture was taken three seconds before Milena was crushed.
Just kidding. She's still alive.

Dang it!
I guess I'm not going to grill hamburgers for supper tonight.
On the plus side, we gained a nice three foot by six foot piece of roof. It's a sweet overhang that will provide some nice shade in the hot summer sun. Awesome!
I probably should have taken pictures of the six foot high drifts at the front of our house, but they just make me mad. It's tough work throwing snow over that blasted hill. When I'm sitting inside, drinking my coffee, watching the kids try and clear all the snow from the driveway, I can just imagine how hard it is.
