I've said it before. I love rubble. Hawaii has rubble.
This is the Pu'u Mahuka Heiau State Monument. A "heiau" is a Hawaiian temple. It's all rubble now, of course.
I told Michelle that they think human sacrifice was performed here. That (along with the lone, muttering-to-self, crazy looking Hawaiian) made her less appreciative of the place. It takes all kinds.
We went on a little path near the temple to find a geocache. Lots of red paths in Hawaii.
